"My Order Never Showed Up"
It's been a whole year and I still haven't gotten my order. Whenever I reach out to customer support, all I hear is someone asking for my order number. They send me a Canadian post label or tracking info, but when I check it on their site, there's nada.

"Price could be improved"
The fabric of their clothing feels nice and comfy at first, but after about three wears, it starts to pill and the overall quality takes a hit.
